Shaia Scott is a Richmond, Va native known for her role in the popular sports drama series, Swagger. Since she first began acting training, while proudly attending an HBCU, Shaia has worked on professional sets in various capacities and continued to train as an actor. 

Expanding her intense passion for performance, Shaia has locally owned and operated a cheerleading business called CoachMe’ Athletix for 4 years. With her unique choreography style, personal cheer experience, supreme performance art skills, and hands-on approach, Shaia’s cheer team, Star Potential has won numerous competitions along the entire East Coast, and even made an AppleTV series appearance! 

When not acting, training or coaching, Shaia enjoys being a dog mom of five. Her joyous spirit & hard work have landed her lead roles in multiple short films & most recently a principal role in the Va Lottery Commercial!
